Tree Planting Project

Annual tree planting event in April in collaboration with the City of Salem, Parks and Recreation helping implement the City Climate Action Plan.

Scholarships

Calling Chemeketa Community College and Willamette University students:
Apply for a scholarship to attend the National Conference for College Women Student Leaders (NCCWSL).  Application Information coming soon.

Annually the Salem Branch awards annual scholarships to an outstanding graduate at Chemeketa Community College.

Salem Peace Lecture

Branch funds help secure a high profile speaker to address human rights issues each October. www.oregonpeaceworks.org

Discover Pink Walk

Members have participated in this event yearly in October. The walk raises money for local women to receive breast exams for the prevention of breast cancer.
